A comfortable, well-crafted read. Divergent does exactly what it sets out to do.

Finished Divergent in two sittings and immediately wanted to start it over.

Half of Divergent is great, the other half feels like a different book entirely.

The characters carried Divergent more than the plot did, for better or worse.
