Mixed feelings on Oliver Twist - strong start, but it lost me somewhere in the middle.

Oliver Twist is the kind of book you press into people's hands and say just trust me.

Went in with low expectations and came out completely won over. Charles Dickens nailed it.

Liked more than I disliked here. Charles Dickens has a clear voice.

Took a chapter or two to hook me, but Oliver Twist won me over by the halfway point.

Finished Oliver Twist in two sittings and immediately wanted to start it over.
